As a shareholder at Littler Mendelson P.C., Jacqueline E. Jacqueline’s practice encompasses a broad range of employment law matters, with a particular focus on independent contractor classification and wage and hour litigation and analysis. She litigates individual, class and collective claims of all types, appearing in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies on matters such as: independent contractor classification, wage and pay, equal pay, and equal employment matters. Jacqueline's expertise extends to counseling management on how to properly classify workers, avoid litigation and develop necessary policies and practices. She also has implemented training classes for employers in a wide variety of venues targeted at understanding the litigation process and avoiding litigation.

Keith Hall is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the National Association for the Self-Employed. He has previously served as the National Tax Advisor for the NASE where he offered personalized tax advice and answers on just about every topic ranging from: incorporation to automobile expenses to the home-office deduction to travel expenses for the self-employed and micro-business owners. Hall was born and raised in Dallas, Texas, and graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 1981 with a degree in Accounting. He began his career with the international accounting firm of KPMG, working with clients in banking, insurance and other financial services. Hall has served as the Chief Financial Officer for a medium-sized bank and a long-term care provider. He is a certified public accountant and has provided consulting and tax services to small businesses for over twenty years.

She holds a J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of Law, and a B.A. from the University of Illinois. A former "military brat," Kim grew up around the world in Germany, Japan, the Philippines, and the United States.
